As part of a wider growing service delivery capability, we are looking for a self-starter to take on a customer facing user support and service administration role for a room booking system used across multiple sites. Reporting to the product owner this function will liaise with the helpdesk and Vendor support teams and local site admins who manage the local users access and administration of the booking system for their buildings.
This function will include provision of guidance and a cross site senior admin function for the service, raising, and implementing configuration changes and supporting roll out to new buildings and user groups. It will also include reporting, prioritising, analysing, and resolving issues and providing fixes for customers
Requirements -
Prior experience in an IT, Product or Application Support Environment
Calm and approachable demeanour - natural helper\' with a flexible attitude to meeting conflicting demands
Technically savvy, with some wider systems administration experience
Strong communicator - written and verbal, can explain, guide and demonstrate technical tasks to non-technical individuals
London based, hybrid remote/office working with an expectation of a 50/50 split on/off site. There will also be an occasional ad hoc need to travel to other client sites, particularly as they initially come on-line.
Requires SC clearance
