This Customer Support Manager position is a very exciting opportunity to join a global technology business and manage the day-to-day operations of the Customer Support Team. Reporting to the Customer Operations Director, the Customer Support Manager will be responsible for building fantastic relationships with customers and other teams around the business whilst also supporting the sales team.
The role is based in near Aylesbury and is a full-time position working from 9 to 5-30pm Monday-Thursday with an early finish on a Friday at 4:30pm. The salary on offer for this role is \xc2\xa330,000-\xc2\xa335,000 + an annual discretionary bonus. This is a very exciting time to work at this business due to their growth and expansion plans for the future.
