We are looking for a Customer Support Coordinator for an initial 12-month contract based in Surrey. The role will involve supporting clients and customers via the phone, chats, and tickets. The client needs someone with commercial, travel or insurance experience. The role will initially be 6-weeks onsite for training and then move to 2 days in the office and 3 days from home. The role has been deemed Inside IR35 and you would need to engage via an FCSA accredited Umbrella company.
Key skills required:
Experience within a commercial, travel or insurance setting
Customer service experience via phone and email
Comfortable using customer service management (CRM) software
Confident at communicating with external stakeholders
