Changing perceptions of how events can deliver value to exhibitors, sponsors, advertisers and delegates alike, this role will be at the forefront of further energising a key brand across global markets. They\'re looking to add a customer success/account manager with fluent German language skills to the event team, tasked with engaging a community that will lead major innovations across e-mobility, energy capture and the future of manufacturing.

The event brings major global brands and SMEs together; everyone from household name automotive brands to niche component creators. Key decisions that affect our future experiences as consumers and citizens will be made there.

Your job will be to make this happen through engaging an international community, ensuring they get the most from the opportunities presented and that the event delivers real commercial value, knowledge and fresh ideas to everyone who attends.

You\'ll be adaptable, flexible, well-organised and thrive on quick evolution and change. An outstanding communicator in fluent German and English who can listen, understand and deliver value to existing partners. You\'ll be building long-term relationships here, not aiming for quick wins. A track record of doing that alongside fluent German and English language skills are the only must haves.

Above all, you\'ll be confident in your ability to influence and deliver value for customers at all levels - you\'ll be driving and inspiring action.

A salary between \xc2\xa340,000 and \xc2\xa345,000 is on offer as well as other benefits and incentives including a bonus that could see you earn \xc2\xa360k total. They\'re operating a hybrid work model (Mondays and Fridays at home, 3 days in London) and have built a team environment of trust, collaboration and inclusion.
