What You\'ll Be Doing: Joining the team to cover 12 months of maternity leave, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be a crucial member of our Customer Success team based in the Milton Keynes office, your primary focus will be managing customer queries from inception to resolution. You\xe2\x80\x99ll engage with business owners, managing directors, fleet managers, and finance professionals in small businesses, and play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and renewals. Your responsibilities include:
Reactively managing fleet customers\' account activities, emphasizing retention and renewals.
Collaborating with various teams to meet annual churn targets.
Resolving customer queries promptly via telephone and email in a friendly and efficient manner.
Delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
Updating and managing the CRM tool for all customer issues.
What You\'ll Need: To thrive in this role, you should be a reliable team player with the following:
Previous experience in problem-solving to resolve customer queries and retain their business.
Reside within a practical commuting distance of Milton Keynes with full work rights. (Essential)
A passion for learning and developing your skills.
Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and systems.
Effective collaboration and communication skills.
Ability to maintain focus, work effectively under pressure and deal with volume
Highly Desirable:
Background in technical product and/or account management support.
Passion for technology.
Knowledge of Salesforce/CRM systems.
