The Customer Service Coordinator will be based at our ICS Cool Energy Ltd offices. Responsible for coordinating service technician schedules in for the Region to repair, service or install products. The Customer Service Coordinator will develop and maintain customer relationships and maximise business opportunities. Must be extremely organised and the ability to manage own workload but that of our engineers and technicians in a fast paced environment. Seeking two roles, for the South Team based in Totton near to Southampton.

Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Meeting, managing and exceeding customer expectations through excellent customer service

\xc2\xb7 Manage Customer relationships to ensure the above expectation is always met

\xc2\xb7 Ensure the highest level of Quality is delivered at all times throughout

\xc2\xb7 Daily Scheduling of technicians in the most efficient manner through geographic and skill alignment to work requirement, working with regional service manager

\xc2\xb7 Managing regional planned preventative maintenance requirement

\xc2\xb7 Ensure customer equipment breakdowns are attended as quickly and efficiently as possible in line with KPI\xe2\x80\x99s and customer expectations

\xc2\xb7 Ensure Customer information is kept up to date

\xc2\xb7 Delivering effective and timely communication to technicians and customers (internal and external) to ensure work, planning of work and attendance is managed as efficiently as possible

\xc2\xb7 Ensure completed work is checked in detail to ensure continuous invoicing is carried out correctly and accurately

\xc2\xb7 Communication with Supervisor(s) (FSR) to ensure the quality of delivered work from the team of technicians remains high

Key Competencies:

\xc2\xb7 Previous service coordination experience

\xc2\xb7 Strong administration background

\xc2\xb7 Team player

\xc2\xb7 Customer service skills are essential

\xc2\xb7 Office Based Role
