NFU Mutual' s Agency in Flimwell is recruiting for full time Insurance Customer Service Advisor working in motor and personal lines to join our growing team.

The Role:

Process general customer enquiries, policy alterations, renewals and introduce new/additional NFU Mutual insurance products and services. Pro-actively establish new sales opportunities by cross selling Introduce NFU Mutual's range of Financial Services products. Transact business compliantly within FCA requirements and always with a 'customer-centric' approach.
What we're looking for:

Individuals who can demonstrate the drive, energy and enthusiasm required to provide a fantastic customer experience to our existing and prospective clients. A confident personality who can work well within a team environment but can also work just as well as an individual Someone who shows initiative and has a "can do" attitude Good interpersonal skills, communication skills, & relationship building abilities. Sales and/or customer service experience is desirable however; insurance experience is not essential. Minimum of Grade C in GCSE Math's and English (or equivalent). Full driving license and access to your own vehicle. Full time Monday - Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm.
