Customer Services Advisor - Property / Hospitality sector East London Attractive Salary EMBS Property are currently supporting a client operating within the residential property sector to recruit a CSA (Customer Services Advisor) to join their team at their impressive site in East London. Relevant job titles vary so to clarify, your current job title may be\xe2\x80\xa6Customer Services Advisor, Community Associate, Resident Associate, Resident Host, Front of House, Customer Experience to name a few! Whatever job title you have doesn\'t matter, what matters are the following personality traits: 100% CUSTOMER FOCUSED - this role is all about being the face of the building, building relationships and an amazing residence experience! You will need to be\xe2\x80\xa6 Warm & friendly, approachable, professional and have an incredible, never ending passion for customer service/journey\xe2\x80\xa6 In addition, you will need to have some experience within the resident property sector, lettings, student accommodation, BTR, CoLiving, hospitality or living accommodation as these sectors are so transferable. In this role you would be the key point of contact within the building for all residents, the face of the building and the first point of contact - this is why personality skills are so important. Outline duties and responsibilities:

  • Customer service & Customer journey
  • Resident care, engagement and satisfaction
  • Social media channels for the building (you can be as creative as you like!)
  • Sales & Marketing e.g. site visits, tours, events, membership,
  • Building management e.g. compliance, H&S and working with maintenance
  • Building administration & Coordination e.g. tenancy, lease, contractor liaison
  • Plus much more!
