Role; Customer Service/Account Manager
Salary; \xc2\xa327,300
Hrs; Mon - Fri 09:00 - 17:00hrs
Location; Birchwood, Warrington (WA3)
Contract; Temp - Perm

We are currently recruiting a Customer Service/Account Manager for our client, who are a privately owned engineering company, who work with the petrochemical and food industries.

As the Customer Service/Account Manager your duties will be;

  • Manage existing small accounts, liaising with the customer on a regular basis.
  • Update customers with new products available
  • Build relationships with the customers to encourage further spend.
  • Ensure all customer data is correct and kept up to date.
  • Be responsible for all social media functions.
As the Customer Service/Account Manager, you will have the following skills;
  • Ideally have Customer Service/Account Management experience within an Engineering/Manufacturing/Production environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent, professional telephone manner.
  • Good knowledge of social media platforms.
