Customer Service Team Manager - Telecoms Provisioning
Location: Wigan
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
Salary: Up to \xc2\xa345,000 + annual bonus

My client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Manager to join their busy and fast paced team due to growth. This is an exciting opportunity to become a part of a busy and growing team within the Telecoms sector!
You will be responsible for ensuring the team provides a first class service to all customers through the proactive and professional management of third party suppliers, internal teams and engineers and customers resulting in services being delivered on time and in line with the agreed service level agreements.
The role and responsibilities:
To provide day to day support and supervision to the Provisioning Team
Monitor and manage the distribution of work, manage team performance and harness great customer relationships
Provide support and resolution to escalated issues
Review and analyse existing provisioning processes (end-to-end) and identifying appropriate improvements
Lead customer meetings to update on progress and ensure communication is maintained to the highest level
Conduct one to one\'s with individual team members as well as formal reviews
Build a strong coaching environment within the team to drive high performance
We are looking for someone with a telecoms / IT background who has ideally previously been involved in telecommunications provisioning although other leadership roles within the Telecoms / IT sector will be considered.
Personal specification:
Previous experience within a leadership role (would consider candidates at Senior Coordinator or Team Leader level)
Strong relationship building and inter-personal skills
Great organisational skills
Assertive, self-motivated and with a drive and determination to get things done
Can communicate with staff at all levels
Good attention to detail
Capable of managing own team and workload with minimal supervision
Ability to demonstrate a practical approach when faced with problems or challenges
