Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Team Leader to be the key point of contact for our Customer Service Team and customers. You will inspire your team to deliver exceptional service, enhance customer relationships, and help meet operational objectives. Ideally you will have experience in food manufacturing or fresh produce.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage customer sales and works orders
Coordinate transport requirements with customers and 3PL providers
Ensure ERP systems are updated
Resolve customer service issues and improve service levels
Track orders with production, warehousing, and stock teams
Maintain accurate master data in ERP systems
Attend customer meetings and drive the Customer Service agenda
Investigate and resolve service errors
Document and maintain KPIs
Assist with training and development of team members
Provide comprehensive handovers between shifts
Qualifications and Skills:
Good standard of English and Maths
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills
Experience in Fresh Produce (preferred)
Knowledge of Prophet (preferred)
