We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Customer Service Representative, based in Jersey



Working as a Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering a personalised and friendly service. Primary responsibility is to service customer base by handling cash withdrawals and deposits. Everyday you'll support customers with a variety of needs, this can range from educating customers to use our digital platforms, giving them a choice of how they wish to bank with us, identifying products and services to meet customers' needs, actively raising fraud awareness and identifying customers who may be in vulnerable situations to determine the best way we can support them.



In this role, you will:





Demonstrate excellent communication skills and ability to engage in effective conversations to build strong connections with our customers. Take ownership of customer enquires through to resolution and delivers personalise, friendly and efficient service. Uphold high standards of quality ensuring accuracy Have experience of working in a fast paced customer facing environment.
