We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. The purpose of this role is to ensure that customer queries are answered promptly and completely. Responsibilities will include answering ad hoc questions from customers and assisting and advising customers via emails with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism, offer alternative solutions, and many more!
ALL CANDIDATES APPLYING FOR THIS POSITION MUST HAVE A STRONG UNDERSTANDING AND PROFICIENCY WITH SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS SUCH AS INSTAGRAM AND TIKTOK AS YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO MONITOR INCOMING ENQUIRIES THROUGH THESE PLATFORMS.
Hours of work - are 8 hour shifts between the hours of 8:30 AM - 16:30 PM
Responsibilities:
Manage large amounts of emails
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers
Requirements:
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Social Media knowledge
Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
