As a Customer Service Agent your role is to engage with customers over the telephone to provide financial solutions for those that find themselves in financial difficulty. With the use of your excellent communication and active listening skills you will provide outstanding customer service helping those who find themselves in difficult situations. Full training is provided over a three week training program specifically designed to give you the tools to succeed in the role and to help you expand your career within Resolvecall. Where are we based ? In the heart of Paisley town centre. What are the hours? We believe in a health work life balance so we will provide you option to work either a 4-day or 5-day week! The opening hours of the business are Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Thursday 8am - 8pm, Friday 8am-6:30pm and 9am-2pm on a Saturday.
