Qualifications:



Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to work well under pressure and handle high volumes of inquiries Strong problem-solving skills with a positive attitude Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required High school diploma or equivalent (Some college preferred) Tech-savvy with proficiency in basic computer applications
