About the role:
We're looking for a friendly, organised and proactive individual to join our team as a full-time Customer Service Officer. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing helpful, thoughtful and timely support across phone, email and social media channels.
What you'll be doing:
Handling customer queries with professionalism and care
Managing communications via email, telephone and social platforms
Supporting customers with their orders, subscriptions, and queries about treatments
Logging interactions and escalating queries when needed
What we're looking for:
A strong willingness to provide exceptional customer service
Excellent communication and listening skills
Comfort with learning systems and processes (training provided)
Ability to stay calm under pressure and respond in a supportive, friendly way
Nice to have (but not essential):
Previous experience in a customer service role
Personal or professional knowledge of weight loss journeys
Familiarity with weight loss treatments, including Mounjaro
