Who You Are / Your Next Challenge
We have an exciting permanent opportunity for a UK Customer Service Representative to join our UK Customer Service Team, International Payments (Private) business unit, based in Coventry.
You will be our customers\' first point of contact, providing expert service for all queries relating to their account and their transactions. You will ensure queries are resolved efficiently and that customers have a positive experience in all interaction with us becoming advocates of moneycorp.
The ideal candidate will be positive and energetic ensuring all tasks are dealt with in line with team KPIs They need to be service-led and enjoy being part of a team who collaborates with colleagues across different departments to ensure customer queries are handled efficiently. Excellent written and verbal communication is key, and ideally the candidate has prior experience in a telephone based environment.
