Respond to customer queries via email and socials in a timely and friendly manner
Resolve product, delivery, and order issues with professionalism and empathy
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM/ticketing system
Provide product advice and sizing help when needed
Liaise with couriers and internal teams to resolve shipping issues quickly
Warehouse Operations:
Pick, pack, and dispatch online orders with accuracy and care
Unpack and check incoming deliveries against purchase orders
Organise stock and maintain a tidy and efficient warehouse environment
Assist with stock counts and inventory management
Refund Processing:
Inspect returned items for quality and eligibility
Process refunds in line with company policies
Communicate with customers regarding the status of their return or exchange
Flag and report recurring issues to help improve product or delivery quality
Administrative Support:
Carry out general admin tasks as directed by the COO
Assist with order tracking, courier queries, and returns coordination
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service and/or warehouse roles preferred
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
Basic IT skills (email, Shopify, spreadsheets, etc.)
A team player with a "can-do" attitude
Physically able to lift boxes and stand for periods of time
Nice to Have (Not Essential):
Experience with Shopify, DPD/Royal Mail/An Post portals, or warehouse software
Interest in fashion or athleisurewear
