Staffline is recruiting for a Customer Service Representative in Aylesbury.
Working full time fixed days:
-8:30am - 5:30am
Pay rate:
-\xc2\xa321,911.40 per year.
Your Time at Work
- To deliver quality customer service as part of a team and individually, at all times to all
customers, to the required standard.
- To identify, maximise sales opportunities to increase turnover and profit.
- Ensure all Company procedures are followed including damage notification and recovery.
- Identify customer needs/make sales. Close enquiries, take reservations.
- Meet and exceed customer requirements.
- Identify sales opportunities and pass to Manager and/or Account Manager.
- Ensure damage notification is handled promptly and professionally.
- Maintain client confidentiality.
- Identify, pursue and resolve issues arising from rental.
- Knowledge of terms and conditions of rental.
- Follow set procedures on validation of customers.
- Know when and how to refer anomalies to others for authority where required.
- Develop knowledge of branch delivery areas.
- Provide \'out of hours\' service as/when required
- As part of team, provide weekend cover as may be required

- Full driving licence (held for 12 months)
