What you\'ll do
As a Customer Service Officer at Coutts, you\'ll take telephone instructions and respond to customer requests for information about their day-to-day banking needs and credit card transactions.
Day-to-day, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be:
Taking real ownership of each enquiry
Updating databases with accurate customer data
Making sure that complaints and complex issues are documented
Keeping up to date with regulatory requirements
The skills you\'ll need
To thrive in this role, you\'ll need a background in customer service and experience of providing exceptional service either face to face or over the phone.
You\'ll also demonstrate:
Great communication skills
A genuine desire to learn new skills
Basic IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft apps
