Handling a consistent volume of calls, emails and chats in an efficient and professional manner
Deliver excellent service in consulting solutions and improve customers\xe2\x80\x99 satisfaction level
Provide proactive follow up and quality services
Work closely with internal parties to ensure timely, efficient and effective service to customers
Support special, ad hoc projects to ensure the whole team runs smoothly
Requirements & Qualifications
Customer Service Officer Requirements & Qualifications
Post-secondary education or above with a minimum of 1 year customer service experience preferred
Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese and English
Mandarin is an advantage
Proficiency in using Microsoft applications and Chinese Word Processing
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, with strong team spirit
Excellent service manner, responsible, punctual, self-motivated, positive thinking and willing to work under pressure
Shift duty is required, 5 days per week, Monday to Sunday
