We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team. This role is essential in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, supervising staff, and analysing customer feedback to drive improvements.

Duties



Oversee the daily operations of the customer service department, ensuring high standards of service are maintained. Manage and supervise a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance. Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and provide assistance in a timely manner. Analyse customer feedback and service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Develop training programmes for staff to enhance their skills in customer engagement and problem-solving. Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications



Proven experience in a customer service management role or similar position. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are advantageous. Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights to improve service delivery. Proficient in using customer service software and tools. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. A commitment to providing outstanding customer experiences.

Pay: 45,383.00-49,871.00 per year
