This position requires a high degree of phone-based customer service, as well as the ability to manage detailed administrative tasks. We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering first-class customer service, and who handles challenging situations and complaints with sensitivity and empathy.




WHAT YOU'LL DO





You'll be joining our Corporate division, which supports some of the UK's largest blue-chip companies by providing company cars, light commercial vehicles, salary sacrifice schemes, and short-term rentals - all supported by expert in-house fleet, accident, and customer management. We deliver bespoke solutions tailored to each customer's unique needs, and by managing all core services in-house, we deliver a first class customer service every time.



In this role, you'll:


Be at heart of our corporate customer services, managing customer enquiries, acting as their first point of contact and trusted advisor Handle a wide range of enquiries via phone and email -- becoming an expert on vehicle operations Respond confidently to issues, including complaints, with effective solutions Collaborate with internal teams and management Take ownership for organising and prioritising your workload to provide timely, professional support and in keeping with agreed SLA's Support the wider team in busier periods, demonstrating a can-do attitude and a collaborative way of working Build strong, positive relationships with customers through professionalism, empathy, and clear communication

You'll be based at our state-of-the-art Kirkstall Forge head office, just 6 minutes from Leeds city centre, with fantastic perks including private healthcare after probation, career development, first-class onsite facilities, and free car parking.
