We are looking for a Customer Service Executive for the German-speaking markets as soon as possible. Would you like to be part of the exciting of our team in Gibraltar? Then you've come to the right place at Lottoland.


What you will do:




Action every day: Support our players by phone, email and live chat with questions about our jackpots, deposits, withdrawals and more. Be a lucky charm: Help our players by promoting the latest products, bonus offers or other promotions. Who you are:




Native-level German and a strong English: You may work in the German-speaking market, but you will be working with international colleagues on a daily basis and Lottoland's core language is English. Not afraid of player contact: You are the first point of contact for our players, so you should have no problem helping our players with their enquiries in an appropriate tone. Desire to fill your industry knowledge: The more you learn about our offering while working here, the easier it will be for you to interact with our players on a daily basis. Desire for open team culture and flexibility: Our players also need your help on weekends, so you should be willing not to stick to a strict 9-to-5 working day.
