Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities
Handle all day-to-day aspects of customer service, ensuring a seamless experience.
Respond to inbound enquiries via phone and email, liaising with clients and suppliers.
Meet and exceed service level agreements (SLAs) for customer care.
Set up new client contracts in our internal CRM and coordinate with the supplier chain.
Work closely with the Finance Team to support accurate billing and reporting.
Provide support to the Sales and Operations teams, including regular updates and status tracking.
Manage a portfolio of SME clients, identifying opportunities to upsell additional services.
What We're Looking For
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Prior experience in a customer service role.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a commitment to delivering great customer outcomes.
