Key Responsibilities
Answering the phone to our customers/suppliers.
Liaising with our customers via email/phone regarding existing order/new potential orders.
Answering customer queries via our online ticketing system (eDesk) and any other incoming communications - Email, WhatsApp etc
Processing claims with our Suppliers, Postal services & Platforms
Stocktaking of items
Informing customers of any order issues and communicating with appropriate action
Monitoring undeliverable mail and informing customers
Dealing with customer returns & uploading of Postage labels to our platforms
Clearing of aged stock efficiently
Creating new listings by uploading products (creating titles, uploading images, bullet points, keyword etc) for sale on our eBay, Amazon and other e-commerce platforms
Being proactive with gaining reviews for the Company
Liaising with our external partners
Assisting with picking and packing during business periods
The skills that we require
Experience in customer service
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills- to liaise with our internal departments and our external partners.
Good Computer skills essential & being Excel proficient
Ability to learn multi software applications
High attention to detail
A positive can-do attitude with the ability to work independently and prioritise workload
Excellent organisational skills to ensure great time-management,to exceed given targets
Ability to multitask
Be able to work methodically and at pace
Energetic and enthusiastic with a creative mind, bursting with ideas and drive

Our business is situated in a semi rural location with limited public transport options. Given the nature of our location, having access to a vehicle would be essential for the role unless you are able to get here by walking or cycling.
Important Information:
Due to seasonal peaks in sales , the successful candidate must be available to work up to six Sunday mornings between November and Christmas. These shifts will begin early and typically run for up to five hours. Please note, this commitment is essential and non-negotiable.
