The Customer Service Coordinator will be based at our Trane UK Depot and Office in Cumbernauld. Responsible for coordinating service schedules in the North of England Region to repair, service or install products. The Customer Service Coordinator will develop and maintain customer relationships and maximise business opportunities. Must be extremely organised and the ability to manage own workload but that of our engineers and technicians in a fast paced environment.
