Your work will include processing orders, addressing customer inquiries, and providing key administrative support to our proficiency testing schemes. You'll also assist with event coordination and other tasks as part of a collaborative, supportive team. A key factor in your role is working efficiently across multiple functions while maintaining high standards of service.Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process customer orders, ensuring data is entered into our systems in a timely manner.
  • Provide clear, professional communication with customers and distributors, addressing inquiries and offering quotations.
  • Support the coordination of events for the Proficiency Testing Group.
  • Assist with reception duties as required, contributing to a smooth office environment.
  • Maintain adherence to internal procedures and quality systems.
  • Work with your team to meet both individual and group objectives.
QualificationsWe're looking for someone with strong attention to detail and a positive, professional attitude. The ideal candidate will be organised, able to prioritise tasks, and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team. Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we're happy to provide training for the right person.
