We are looking for a best-in-class candidate to join our team.Reporting to the Attendant Regional Supervisor/Manager, the Customer Service Attendant will support company operations by providing effective parking enforcement, customer service and marshalling activity on client sites as required.Being part of our Parkingeye Team involves living and demonstrating our values of Be Passionate, Let's Innovate, Embrace Collaboration, Nurture Trust and Drive Excellence.Parkingeye reserve the right to enhance the criteria in the event of an unprecedented response.About the roleParkingeye's Customer Service Team provide a professional, best-in-class service to all our customers, whether internal, client or external.To succeed in this role, you need to be positive, resilient, a confident communicator and promote our blend values at every opportunity.You'll manage patrolling of the car park(s) to ensure the terms and conditions are being adhered to and be first point of contact for customer parking support and technical queries.KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide customer service and parking related guidance to car park users whilst enforcing the clients parking policyProactively patrol the car park(s) to enforce and advise on parking restrictions as requiredIssue Parking Charge Notices in accordance with the appropriate legislation and code of practice.Proactively identify signage/equipment issues which require investigation and provide first line maintenanceProfessionally manage challenging conversations with car park usersTake a proactive approach in managing traffic flow on the car park as requiredUndertake vehicle immobilisationLiaise with internal departments and the client to improve parking compliance on-siteReport all Health and Safety risks, incidents & accidentsTo adhere to company policy and compliance when enforcement action is requiredTo remain up to date on the GDPR & H&S requirements of your roleTo remain up to date on industry standardsChampion our BLEND values: Be Passionate, Lets Innovate, Embrace Collaboration, Nurture Trust and Drive ExcellenceAbout the companyBeyondHR is a progressive, independently owned HR consultancy firm that helps organisations recruit, manage and safeguard their staff.   • A minimum of 1 year's prior experience in a customer-facing role
  • Clear verbal communication to provide direction and deal with enquiries
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work productively under pressure while maintaining a positive outlook
  • Basic IT Skills
Desired Criteria
  • A minimum of 1 year's prior experience in parking management, site security or other similar service industry
  • Previous experience with parking management systems & handheld devices
  • Conflict resolution training
  • Knowledge of local area
