Key Responsibilities:



Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy, offering creative solutions. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service. Record customer interactions and feedback to improve service and operations.

What We're Looking For:



Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to clearly explain complex information. A positive, can-do attitude with a genuine passion for helping others. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required. We are happy to train the right person!
