Customer Service Assistant
to join our team and play a key role in delivering outstanding experiences across a variety of sales and marketing campaigns.

What You'll Be Doing:
Providing excellent customer support across multiple campaigns, tailored to the needs of each client
Managing inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels with professionalism and warmth
Supporting sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
Liaising with internal departments and external clients to resolve issues and improve service delivery
Gathering feedback and insights to enhance customer satisfaction and campaign outcomes
Learning the ins and outs of different industries, adapting your approach to each
Becoming a key player in a team that values initiative, creativity, and results
What We're Looking For:
A confident communicator who can engage with a range of personalities
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Positive attitude and a passion for delivering top-tier customer experiences
Quick learner with the ability to switch between different campaigns and client needs
Comfortable working to deadlines and managing multiple priorities
Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or marketing is a plus--but not essential
