What You'll Be Doing:

Delivering top-tier customer service on behalf of our clients, both in person and via phone/email Acting as a key point of contact between clients, customers, and campaign teams Supporting sales and marketing campaigns by engaging with customers and promoting client products/services Gathering feedback and insights to help refine messaging and campaign effectiveness Building positive relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty and satisfaction Working collaboratively with internal teams across various projects and industries

What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A proactive, can-do attitude with strong problem-solving abilities Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales (desirable but not essential) Ability to manage time effectively and adapt quickly to new tasks and priorities Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with multiple ongoing campaigns Passion for marketing, branding, and delivering a great customer experience
