Hours per week: 18 hours per week
Hourly rate: 12.24 per hours
Shift pattern (if applicable): Temporary Contract due to end on 31.10.2025
If working between the hours of 11pm and 6am, you will receive an additional 1.50 per hour between those times.

So, just what would you be doing if your application was successful?
By delivering excellent customer service, you will play an integral role in day to day running of our venue. Once you have completed your training, You could be:
Providing excellent customer service
Providing beverages and snacks to customers in the adult gaming area
Promoting offers to customers in the adult gaming area
Ensuring only customers 18+ are permitted entry to the adult gaming area
Handling cash and giving change to customers
Assist with opening, closing and moving machines as needed
Responsible for ensuring pushers are swagged and attractive for play
Responsible for ensuring cranes are reset after play and refilled as necessary
Ensure that regular cleaning is carried out.
Serve customers in the prize shop.
Fill stock and account for stock in the shop
With us operating within the gambling industry, there is an element of ID checking, as we operate a challenge 25 policy across all of our venues, as well as complying with and following strict gambling legislation.

Employment conditions?
No holidays permitted during school holidays
Saturday and Sunday working mandatory throughout the temporary contract
Days off will be weekdays, except in exceptional circumstances
Bank holiday working mandatory.
28 days holiday pro-rata normally paid at end of contract.
Who are we looking for?
Firstly, as a company in the gambling industry, we need all staff and applicants to be
18 or above
.
We are looking for candidates who are not only passionate about great customer service, but are also able to deliver it too, as you will be serving customers with pride and integrity. Our staff members need to be outgoing, confident and ambitious, as you will be approaching customers to discuss our latest games, tournaments and to offer food and beverages. As with any business, timekeeping is essential, therefore we would expect you to be on time, presentable and ready to be a great brand ambassador. As a seven day a week business, we do require flexibility to meet the needs of the business across our roles.
