Your Day-to-Day

As a Customer Service and Sales Assistant, you'll be the face of leading brands, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression. Your role will involve:

Customer Interaction:

Engaging with customers at various high-traffic locations across Belfast.

Sales & Promotions:

Presenting products and services in an engaging way to spark interest and increase conversions.

Relationship Building:

Offering excellent service to current customers while identifying new potential clients.

Team Collaboration:

Contributing to a dynamic team culture focused on success and mutual support.

Problem Solving:

Thinking on your feet to resolve customer concerns with confidence and care.

Learning & Growing:
