Job Description

Our client, a prominent insurance provider specialising in affluent Car and Home insurance, is in search of a Customer Service Advisor to join their team.

The Role:

They are looking for someone who has similar experience and can work to structured procedures and deadlines. They also offer professional development opportunities.

Duties:

• Service in and outbound calls (New and existing customer)
• Nurture and develop client relations (In and out of the office)
• Manage claims and servicing with clients, insurers and partners
• Register and maintain claims and client service records
• Help to develop and improve internal processes
• Provide Sales support for cross-sales and negotiate terms with clients and insurers

Requirements:

• At least 1 years experience of Motor or Home insurance
• Office admin and Customer service experience
• Good working knowledge or Microsoft applications
• Knowledge and understanding of FCA regulations
• Ability to work well under pressure
