Customer Service Advisor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated, positive Call Center Operator to join the one of the south\xe2\x80\x99s leading sub-prime/ prime motor dealerships based in Porchester. This is a temp to perm position for the right candidate.

Shifts - 09:00 - 18:00

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Pay - \xc2\xa310.42ph + Commission

I am looking for people who can deliver great customer service and work as part of a fun and driven team.

Role includes:

• Contacting customers who have applied online for Finance to complete their application.
• Forward applications onto our panel of Finance lenders to obtain approvals and specific finance deals for each customer.
• Answer telephone enquiries efficiently and effectively.
• Establishing a great relationship with every customer.
• Helping customer\xe2\x80\x99s complete necessary documents required.
• Working within the sales team to achieve company sales targets and ensure a smooth, seamless process for the customer from application to driving their new vehicle away.
• Managing customers\' expectations and understanding what they require from a new vehicle
• Arranging delivery for our customers that live further a field, by communicating with the customer and transport company accordingly

Key Requirements:

• Full UK Manual Driving Licence
• Good communication skills
• IT literate
• Experience in a telephone based environment, preferably in a Car Sales Environment
• Motivated to achieve sales targets
