Commutable from Chester, Deeside and Flintshire

The Role of a Customer Service Advisor

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join a fantastic client based on the border of North Wales and Chester. Our client pride themselves on quality and offer a fantastic range of bespoke outdoor products.

The Role of a Customer Service Advisor:

• To provide a first-class customer support service

• Processing sale orders

• Handle and resolve customer complaints and queries

• Work on numerous systems such as Salesforce and SAP

• Share exceptional product knowledge and tailor this to individual customer needs to boost sales and profits

• Liaise with internal stakeholders such as the Finance Team to ensure customers credit limits are utilized in accordance with their purchasing.

• Problem solve any transport or stock issues in a positive manner whilst managing customers expectations.

• Other administrative duties as and when required,

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working as a customer service representative or sales role where targets or deadlines required.

• Experience working with Salesforce and SAP systems advantageous

• Digitally savvy and IT literate

• Can build rapport easily

• Passionate about good service
