This is an exciting opportunity to join an Luxury brand who is looking to expand their customer service team. We are looking to hire at least two people to start ASAP in the In Warranty Team. Immediately available candidates is advantageous.
As the new Customer Service Advisor you will need to provide technical support, correctly identifying products or services required whilst meeting the needs of the Customer. This role will see you answering a high volume of calls and able to work in a fast paced environment. Speaking with Customers in and out of warranty. Taking information and key points down to pass on to an engineer who will visit and provide solutions to their products.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Handle customer questions and complaints
Understand company products and services
Maintain accurate customer records
Support other areas within the contact centre at peak times
Understands product features & benefits (full training provided)

The right candidate will be passionate about providing excellent customer service and doing what it takes to help customers. Our ideal candidate has prior customer service, retail, call centre or technical support experience.
No Weekends
Morning shifts 8am-6pm
1 Part time (16-20) 1 Full time
Salary: \xc2\xa321,400.00 per year
