Customer Service Advisor
We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team based at our manufacturing site in Normanton, West Yorkshire, where we produce and manufacture bespoke stone worktops.
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers.
What you will be doing:
- Providing high levels of customer service delivering a first-class experience to all customers
- Receiving inbound calls and emails from customers and taking steps to resolve customer queries and complaints
- Working cross functionally achieve weekly targets and execute first call resolution where possible
- Inputting information onto CRM system ensuring compliance is always adhered to
- Taking an active role in streamlining processes and improving customer service across the function
- Experience of working within a customer service role within a similar environment
- The ability to communicate across different levels within the business and remaining calm under pressure
- Able to work collaboratively as part of the wider customer service team
- The ability to resolve challenging customer queries whilst always keeping the end-user experience top of mind
- Experience of using databases and information management systems in a customer focused setting, including reporting and KPI management is desirable
