We're passionate about promoting from within, and following recent internal progression, we're excited to be looking for a Sales and Service Coordinator to join the Reconomy Trade Team at Reconomy Connect.

We're a a fast-growing business, with opportunities for progression and growth across a variety of different teams. We always encourage promotion from within and are committed to supporting our colleagues in achieving their career goals wherever we can.

You don't have to have experience in an office, it's your personality that we're most interested in.

You will need to be comfortable with speaking to our small-to-medium enterprise customers in the trade market over the phone, as an estimate you'll be taking 35-40 calls a day. This could be processing multiple orders, dealing with enquires, chasing up estimated time of arrivals, dealing with problems on site, such as access issues. The average call length is 1 minute, so they are quick turnaround calls. As well as this, you will also be monitoring emails and responding to queries efficiently.

Joining a team of 18 people will mean that you have support and will continually learn about the waste industry and our company systems, so if you're ever unsure, there will be plenty of people there to help you and advise.

Working Hours:

Shifts on a rota basis between 07:25 and 17:25, with a one-hour lunch break. The rota is scheduled in advance, so you will be given plenty of notice.
