About the role:
We are looking to recruit a Contact Centre Agent with a passion for delivering excellent customer service, whilst maximising opportunities for PDSA at every customer interaction.

About you:
Our successful candidates will have an excellent telephone manner and accurate keyboard and data entry skills. You will have experience of working in a similar environment and have the drive and passion to succeed.
