Customer Service Advisor

We are working with a well-established, exciting and inspiring organisation based in Leamington Spa. To recruit people into a credit control department.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wishes to join an engaging and proactive team and develop their career within finance.

  • Paying \xc2\xa325000 to \xc2\xa327,000. With the opportunity to increase your salary further as you progress with the business.

You will be expected to:
  • Manage customers through the entire credit control process
  • Be responsible for debt collection, cash allocation and query resolution
  • Reduce late payments, minimise debt and optimise cash flow into the business
  • Build strong relationships with customers and the company salesforce
  • Consolidate invoices
  • Deal with credits and recharges
  • Assist the credit control team with debt collections
The ideal candidate will:
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Have previous experience in customer service, administration or similar industry.
