About the Role
We are currently recruiting Customer Service Advisors to join our Experian Consumer Service team, on a full time and part time basis, where you will have the opportunity to make a positive difference to the lives of our customers on a daily basis
Using your strong communication and written skills you will be guiding them through their Credit Report and Score queries. You\xe2\x80\x99ll have the chance to impress every time by delivering the highest level of customer experience, and in return will receive ongoing development and career progression opportunities.
Our front-line Customer Service Advisors work in a hybrid environment, after training you will only need to come into our exciting Nottingham office 2 days per week (Monday & Tuesday).
