I am looking for the next Customer Service Advisor to join our Customer Contact Centre in Newport. You will be the first point of contact for calls coming into Public Sector Prisons within England and Wales. You will provide information from the internal database such as \xe2\x80\x9cHow do I book a visit\xe2\x80\x9d or \xe2\x80\x9cWhat items can I post to the Prison.\xe2\x80\x9d

Our working patterns are a 4 day working week Monday - Friday. 9.5 hour shifts, 4 days a week and one non-working day. Days and shifts rotate over 8 weeks between 0700-2000. Overtime when available.
