Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Montirex Ltd, HQ. The role involves managing email, social media, and live chat communications with our valued customers, ensuring they receive excellent service when shopping with us.

Responsibilities:



Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries.

Monitor and manage our online platform to respond to customer inquiries through both email and social media channels.

Oversee live chat during working hours.

Resolve customer inquiries promptly and escalate when necessary.

Ensure all customer inquiries are managed in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:



Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment with the ability to perform well under pressure.

Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.

Excellent attention to detail.

Effective planning and organisational skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent spelling and grammar proficiency.

Proficient in IT, highly organised, adaptable to flexible schedules, and capable of working independently with strong self-reliance.

Location and Hours:



Job Type: Full-time. Monday to Friday - 8am to 16:30pm / 11:30am to 20:00pm. 1 Weekend in every 4 weeks (Saturday/Sunday). Work Location: Based out of our modern HQ in Liverpool. Conveniently located with great transport links.
