Customer Service Advisor
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8-4/9-5
Payrate: \xc2\xa311.00PH
Location: Middlewich
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Startdate: Immediate
KPI Recruiting are supporting an established business based in Middlewich, who are looking to grow their Customer Service team by three! They have a passion for upcoming talent whether that is within Customer Service, Creative and Social, Marketing, PR or Design and Development. What are the duties of the role?
- Providing customer support through email and instant messages
- Replying to customer queries in a professional manor and ensure that customers receive a response that will resolve their issue
- Following company procedures effectively and making decisions
- Communicating with customers and providing them with knowledge on products/services
- Ability to provide a positive customer experience
- Good literacy skills with attention to grammar and sentence structure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Zendesk or Dixi (ideal)
- Minimum of 6 months experience as a customer service representative or similar role
