On behalf of Network Rail, we are looking for a Part-Time Customer Service Advisor for a 6 Month contract based in Manchester, Square One - M1 2NY - 25 Hours p/week - Tuesday - Thursday.

As a Customer Service Advisor, your main responsibilities will be:
Manage queries about payroll, recruitment, payables, and protective equipment.
Update customers on query progress and delivery times.
Excel in a busy, customer-focused environment.
Provide a positive customer experience for NR shared services.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and promote a customer-first culture.
Support improvement initiatives and encourage an inclusive, responsible work culture.
