Job Summary Our client\xe2\x80\x99s Customer Service team has recently grown and with that growth comes the need for a new Customer Service Advisor which is where you come in. The business continues to lead the way as an industry leader in their respected field and there is a huge opportunity for someone joining the business to further your career and have a real impact on their success.
Your role As the Customer Service Advisor, you\xe2\x80\x99ll respond appropriately to all customer enquiries and ensure that administration is carried out accurately, on time, and to the agreed service levels.
About you You will ideally be a Call Centre Agent or Advisor and have done a Telephone-based role for at least one year within a similar environment (extra points if you have experience of working in Omni-channel environment) and have been great at it and all that being a Customer Service Advisor involves \xe2\x80\x93if it needs explaining then this is probably not for you.
