You will be delivering the highest level of customer service to their customers, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Provide as efficient service to franchisees and customers
- Escalating unresolved issues
- Managing and maintaining set service levels
- Processing orders and credits within the internal CS System
- Liaising between different departments to ensure desired outcomes and information flow
- Assisting direct supplier orders
- Experience working in Customer Services
- Has excellent interpersonal skills
- Good telephone manner
- Possesses excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Able to prioritise work, cope with strict deadlines and use initiative in a different situation
- Attention to detail
- 5 GCSE\'s at grade C or above, or has 2 years Customer Service experience
