We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Inverness!

Salary:

Basic salary: 25,250 per year Bonus: Up to 2000 per year Giving OTE: 27,250
Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm
Location: Autovision Vauxhall, 40 Harbour Road, Inverness, IV1 1LY

About you:

Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous but not essential as full training will be given Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in using computer systems for scheduling and billing
The role:

Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at the garage Handle customer inquiries in person and over the phone Schedule service appointments and update customers on their vehicle's progress Liaise with the garage technicians to ensure timely completion of work Process payments and invoices Maintain a clean and tidy reception area
